Topic:Student absences
A genda:
1: Daily routine and how to mange to be in time in the class
2: Excuses should be provide by stamp and proved by the place of the excuse
3: Family reason absence should be provide by the parents by calling to the college
4: Gifts and prices from the college for who have no absence in the college
5: Applying the reason of absence on online portal which is will help teacher to understand the student
6: The Teacher should be flexible with students and help them with excuses

*The way to fix the attendance of student increase is by making a list of how many percentage of absence made by the student and give it to the Academic administration of the college to give the approval of the agenda notes and fixes that made by the students.
